Using digital oscilloscope and following Larry's instructions, here are
the Cerenkov Single Photo Electron measurement. This measurement involves
a lot of subjectivity in determining the SPE band, which makes me think
that it might be worth a "second-eye" check, or a double check with the
analogical oscilloscope.
The results are consistent with Larry's log entry 132655 though.
For corresponding HV adjustement, I would wait for Herbert's opinion.
