I further ran self tests on the module. From the VXworks prompt, I ran
test_1877(19,2)
ends with the message "Sparse Data scan indicates no Conversion after 20 tries". Running the test on other slots does not give that error, so it looks like we need to replace that module. That's a job for next week. It should not be too difficult as it is towards the left side of the crate where the cables are not packed in so tight.
