reflecting the correct ordering of the cables for the protvino adcs. For
a while, the ADCs in slots 3-10 were cabled up in reverse order, and I
entered that ordering into the database. Recently the cables were
restored to their original configuration, so now the database has been
corrected, so that the detector map download function once again gives
the correct cable map.
