Unfortunately when I had modified the ts2.crl code to put the vmec3 (roc20)
bakc in the coin configuration , I setup up the rocmask without roc14.
Very dumb. I fixed the code so that the rocmask has all the rocs. Now
DAQ is working.
Now we see a problem with the network. Will have to run blaster
to see where the problem is.
