I don't know why run number sometimes get reset, but here is what we did
to reset the run number. Ya Li stopped the run and did a Kill All. I
then used dbedit to set the "runNumber" field of the "sessions" table to
a new run number. (I skipped a few in case someone wants to rename the
low run numbers.)
