Patricia and I entered the hall to inspect the HMS dipole I/O circuit breakers while on the phone with Steve Lassiter. All of the circuit breakers are on the ON position. So, the problem with the stuck JT valve controlling the LHe level is not due to a tripped circuit breaker. Steve told us to keep watch over the situation and to continue running in this condition over night. The LHe level is stable at 105.3%.
