I was called because MCC requested a Hall C vacuum expert to look at the
valve problem. Apparently now the valve VBV3H00B (the one on the beamline
just before the target) is closing and opening by itself even without beam.
So I paged Mark Jones to know who is the Hall C beamline vacuum expert and
he told me to call Andy. I called Andy. Andy then talked directly with
MCC and thinks that it is a computer problem (not hardware) since about
no vacuum fluctuation appears. He asked MCC to call their vacuum control
expert.
