As beam came back after 1.5 hours break,
it seems that the target temperature is regulated
to 18.87+-0.02. With beam off, it comes back
to 19.00+-0.02.
We monitored this behaviour for about 1/2 hour,
then decided to reboot target IOC. That had no
effect.
Decided then to close the JT value a bit, to 32%,
down from 34%. That affected the Loop1 temperature,
the reading is now 18.97+-0.02.
