The high power heater stopped responding after both ioc reboots. Greg
Smith power cycled the HPH from the GUI and it began to respond. The wild
fluctuations in temperature during beam trips might be a symptom of
whatever was wrong with the Heater. If this continues we made to replace
the power source.
