Lost communication to Loop 1 JT valve and heater.
Strip charts and heartbeat were still healthy.
Tried to just restart tgtgui, but this just caused loss of all communication
on main target display.
Set the loop 1 pot to 750 which should correspond to about 450 W,
which is where the heater was before crash.
Switched on the auxilliary heater, rebooted the target gui. Target
started to heat up a bit so had to dial down the pot to about 700.
After few minutes, target gui communication reestablished. Turned
off the auxillary heater and turned back on the HPH PID.
