keyword=swap Ethane bottle due to high pressure is zero
When I did checklist at gas yard, found the Ethane high pressure is 0 and
the low pressure is 37psig. The bottle connected has a label "Full", but
the weight is about 6lbs, I swap it to the other bottle with no
label(weight 9lbs). The pressure come back to 250psig.
