Target communication was lost, so I rebooted the IOC (before we lost
communication we had target lifter status errors: Powe fail and hardwere
limit error, but since the target was at the right place I did not try
anything). After communication restored the beam arrow apeared then
disapeared in few seconds. I waited for 2 minutes to see if it comes
back. It did not come back so I had to move the target to the nearest
target, then back to 15 cm LH2+Rad. This worked fine.
