keyword=Made separate map for runs with bad S0 cabling:
I made the map gep.map.bad_S0, which applies to the runs for which the S0
TDCs were improperly cabled. The only difference between this map and
gep.map.63006 is that the + tubes for S0X1 and S0X2 are commented out,
because they are not in the data. Their TDC channels were actually
looking at copies of the neg. tube signals. I also updated MAIN.db so
that the engine uses this map for runs 67657-68315 (beginning of kin. 7
to end of GEp-2g/beginning of WACS08). Since S0 is not used in the start
time determination, this change shouldn't make much of a difference, but
it is worth it to change the map to make sure these incorrectly labeled
signals cannot have any unintended influence on the analysis.
