Dipole tripped because of software quench detector, but there was
actually no quench. Q2 tripped due to lead mass flow oscillations. Reset
Q2 interlock successfully, but lost LHe level in the dipole - supply
temperature went from nominal 4 to 22 deg momentarily. Level recovered
relatively quickly and we reset the dipole interlock.
