HCLOG does not like EPICS Channel Archive pictures (probably more than
one period in filename caused problem.). I try to attach them by changing
filenames.
HALLC:p gives a flat number near to 2344.18 MeV when beam is off.
Occasionally it became very unstable and oscillated between 2343.4 and
2344.4 (1MeV).
When it is stable, fluctuation is less than 50keV.
