keyword=agnostic about radiation damage in FR power supplies

The QTOR power supply sits in the back of Hall C, and the shielding is about as thin as it gets. I assume this is representative of the upstream side of the hall. Dosimetry done in August indicates 1-2 Rad/hour at 180 microA (most of the run was on 4% Al upstream target). When did the FR spare power supplies go in the Hall? Since startup this month we've run only roughly 100 hours at full luminosity equivalent on a combination of targets with 4% LH2 predominating. Simulations suggest 4% LH2 may have 10x lower background than 4% Al. So the dose should fall into a broad range between 15 and 150 Rads. That not enough to kill squirrels much less CMOS.

I'll pull the badges during the Monday down but a dose estimate for the upstream side of Hall C will take a few weeks. Monday, it would be helpful to get these badges and FR spares surveyed and hopefully released.

p.s. I didn't move them!
