This entry is a followup to: 208436

As I logged, I must spend some time to check whether
the DAQ settings are correct or not before we will go further. 

Now I can say four runs are junk, except two runs in which Kent is 
interested : Run 7534 and 7535.

So one can blame whatever BCM calibration, VQWK, and 
CODA and so on. Or simply blame me :-)


960 Hz must have that vqwksamples is 116, and I see all vqwksamples
=116 in run ended. See two run ended as follows

There is one more smoking gun I have to check, but I need 
time, because I am not clever enough to do this.
