A few errors like this are annoying, but not a fundamental problem.
I looked at a few other cdaq machines and saw some correlated errors with sfs61 (a CC server associated with part of the staging disk cluster). That suggests that the Cisco switch got hung for a second.
I would bet a beer the IT guys punched a couple of holes in the firewall for the new qweakdb virtual machine and reloaded the ACL tables on that switch.
