We had a lot of reserve heating power (almost 600W). When I talked to Greg about the alarm limits, he pointed this out and said I could close the JT valves. I closed the 4K JT valve by 2%, and the 15K JT valve by 12%. 15K flow now 31.6 g/sec, before it was closer to 37 g/sec. We still have ~380 W of reserver heating power at 150 uA, but I don't feel comfortable closing the JT further.
