I have updated the "Parity" and "Analysis" parameter files for the QwAnalysis/devel directory on the cdaq cluster.

This update picks up Scott's modified weighting for the main detector combinations (this is a small change), and Ramesh's new channel mapping for the BCMs to include instrumentation for the "ground loop BCM" channel.

I also updated and recompiled the beam modulation analysis scripts in the Extensions directory.
