Notes

1. Need to check the difference between the Hall C (HMS) and Hall B (SHMS) FADC firmware
   • Hall C version fixes the issue caused by having pulses at the beginning of the FADC window, and when that happens, it would read out the full waveform
2. Bill complete the HV crates upgrade for SHMS and HMS
3. Bill will do the cabling for SHMS ROC4 and ROC 6
4. Ching-Him is looking into the vmeDSC module causing ROC2 data not ready issue
