1. SHMS hcvme04, hcvme06 are ready and upgraded to CODA 3
2. Basic DAQ is good to run
3. Bill completed the gate and reference time connections for SHMS DC (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4317022)
4. Took HMS cosmic runs with adjust trigger time (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4317449): hodoscope and calorimeter good hits look different from previous runs
5. Added Aerogel to HV GUI

To do

1. Add ET to CODA configuration
2. Saturate the DAQ using a high rate pulser to see the maximum data rate
3. Would need more than one ERs to achieve higher maximum data rate.
