Dave finished the target cooldown. I changed the fan speed to the
standard 60 Hz, and I am in the process of stepping down the JT valve to
save power until we get beam. I will go down until we have about 100 W
heater power with beam off until the beam comes back, when of course we
will need more coolant flow in order to have 100 W reserve power with the
full beam heat load on the target.
