Almost immediately after power-cycling ROCs 13 and 14, the HMS Dipole got an interlock and ramped to zero. . I got on the phone with Steve Lassiter, and was able to recover the Dipole to its set field. I asked MCC to turn the beam off while I was doing this. Even with beam off, I got the same interlock again within 5 minutes of recovering the field, and the dipole ramped to zero and the PSU tripped off. The interlock in question both times I observed it was "QD Main Coil Right". I've now recovered the dipole field a second time, even though Steve L said he would come in to take a look at the problem. I asked for beam back. Within only a few minutes of getting beam back, the magnet tripped off again, with the same error "QD Main Coil Right" and ramped to zero. On a third recovery try, this interlock problem happened AGAIN on the way back up, before even getting to the set field/current. I am still trying to recover on my own while I wait for Steve to arrive, but this looks pretty bad. Probably can't solve without expert help.
