Andy Kenyon of Hall C returned from the Hall and reported that the equipment is working as it
should but the vacuum is at 1.2 10^{-4} (at the beam dump and 1.3 underneath the turbo) and is
expected to be 2 order os magnitude better. The trip point is at 10^{-4}
What is to be done? Can we run this way? Will this adversely effect the target.
We are beginning the rounds of talking to the right people to make a plan.
