Plan

A) Monday 8:30am: Polarized beam is terminated. Full Survey of the Hall (RadCon). Hall stays in Controlled Access. Done

B) 9:20 Put Hall in Laser Controlled Access: Jian-Ping Done

C) 9:30:Open target enclosure (4 plastic panels): 3 or 4 Hall C Techs+ RadCon+Jian-Ping Done

C') Meanwhile, Bill starts working on Kepco power supply swap/fix/work. This needs to be finish before step E. Done

D) 10:30 Replace EPR fiber bundle: Junhao + Jian-Ping + RadCon Done

E) 11:30 EPR calibration in both longitudinal and transverse Done only for transverse. Had to cancel the longitudinal part due to lack of time.

F) 13:20 Laser off, fibers LO/TO, hall out of laser control access: Jian-ping

G) 13:30 Remove Dutch and the target ladder: Arun, Todd, 1 target student + Radcon Done

H) 15:20 Put Hall in Laser Controlled Access: Jian-Ping Done

J) 15:30 Laser polarization measurement: Junhao,Todd (+Radcon?) Done

K) 17:20 Laser off, LO/TO fibers, Out of Laser Controlled Access: Jian-Ping Skipped. It was decided to do the rest in Laser Controlled Access

L) 17:30 Install Big Brother: Arun, Todd +1 Done

M) 18:30 Install target ladder/Ref. Cell connection: Arun, Todd +1 + RadCon Done

N) 19:30 Set-up RTDs and other connections: Arun, Bill, Once RTDs are setup, turn on the oven. Done

O) 20:30 Alignment check: Arun +1 Done

P) 21:20 Put Hall in Laser Controlled Access: Jian-Ping Skipped (Hall had remained in Laser controlled accessed). </strike> Done

Q) 21:30 Laser alignment/spot: Jian-Ping+1 Done

Q') Measure laser polarization. Jian-Ping+2 Done

R) Tuesday 00:30 am Out of Laser Controlled Access: Jian-Ping Done

S) Backout checklist: Jian-ping Done

T) Pumping up and testings: Include EPR calibration in both longitudinal and transverse

U) Tuesday 9:00am put back the target enclosures: 3 Techs+ RadCon. Done (finished at about 14:30)

V) 13:00am Close Hall (backout checklist) for data taking on ref. cell: TBD

In parallel to the above, other tasks need to be done Monday. They should be organized when enough access keys are available (who is in the Hall will be written in the counting room white board).

b) Kepco power supply swap/fix/work: Bill. To be done before item E. Done

c) Replace the 2 old flowmeters for the nitrogen cooling jets lines with 2 new ones: Andy (Jack) Done
